WBTW News 13 Grammy Awards Contest

1 NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. To enter go to www.wbtw.com and click on Grammys Contest link to Entry Page.  Submit your name, home or apartment address, email address and phone number.  Entry forms and entry boxes also available at sponsor locations.  Limit:  one entry per household.     

 2 All names will be entered into a random drawing for the Grand Prize trip for two to the 55th Annual GRAMMY Awards for 3 days/2 nights. Prize includes round-trip coach air transportation for two (2) to/from Los Angeles from airport nearest winner's home in North Carolina or South Carolina; tickets to the 55th Annual GRAMMY Awards on February 10, 2013; Two (2) nights hotel accommodations at the LA Live JW Marriott; Tickets to the official GRAMMY After-Party with live performances, refreshments, food and more; One (1) $300 gift card per couple to apply towards airport transfers, lunch and dinners; breakfast daily at hotel; and more (approximate retail value: $5,000).

3 Grand prize winner to be selected in a random drawing conducted after 5pm EST on 1/30/13 and notified by 1/31/13. Judges' decisions are final.

4 Grand prize winner will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility, advertising and liability release by 5pm February 1, 2013 or prize will be forfeited. All winners agree to use of their names/voices/likenesses in publicity and advertising without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.  Taxes are sole responsibility of winners.

5 Contest open to U.S. residents, 18 years of age or older, except employees and their immediate families of WBTW News 13, sponsors’ immediate family members or employees, their affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising/promotion agencies. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

6 For name of prize winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Grammy Awards Contest, c/o WBTW News 13, 101 Mc Donald Court, Myrtle Beach, SC  29588. Requests must be received by 02/15/13. 7 Prizes are not transferable, substitutable, or exchangeable for cash except that the Station, in its discretion, may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.  Any such changes will be announced.  If Prize Winner fails to meet any eligibility requirement herein, alternate Prize Winners will be chosen by random drawing to be held as soon as reasonably practicable after initial Prize Winners are determined to be ineligible.  Alternate Prize Winners are subject to all eligibility requirements and restrictions of these Official Rules.

8 All federal, state and local laws apply.   Sponsors shall be entitled to interpret these rules as needed — including but not limited to rules regarding entries, selection of winner, deadlines, restrictions on prizes, and eligibility — and all of their decisions are final.  By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules.  The Station  reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend this Contest or any part of this Contest should any non-authorized intervention, network failure, information storage failure, telecommunications failure, malfunction, or other causes beyond its control, corrupt or impair the security, administration, fairness and/or operation of this Contest as determined by the Station in its sole discretion. The Station and Media General Operations, Inc. are not responsible for lost, interrupted, or unavailable network, server, or other connections, or for any failed telephone or computer hardware or software, or for any failed, delayed, misdirected, corrupted, or garbled transmissions or errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical, or electronic, or for entries that for any reason are not received by the Station by the deadline stated above.  The Station and Media General Operations, Inc. are also not responsible for any injury or damage to any computer, modem or other electrical device as a result of participation in this Contest or downloading of any software or materials.
